It comes with a spacious 56cm x 152cm (22″ x 60″) running surface and a 4.0 HP motor providing a maximum speed of 20 km/h (12 mph). To challenge you further the Spirit XT485 offers 15 levels of incline. The oversized 23cm (9″) black backlit LCD display features Spirits exclusive Calories and Fusion programmes that integrates cardio and strength to help you achieve your fitness goals. Its the attention to detail that makes the Spirit XT485 stand out from its competition, such as the ergonomic heart rate handle bars that have been designed to closely match the natural position of your hands when arms are raised and the handlebar mounted incline and speed toggle controls that change your training intensity far more conveniently than pushing buttons. Finally when your workout is over the lift assist mechanism makes it easy to fold away and the safe drop technology lowers it again slowly for the start of your next workout. PLEASE NOTE: Spirit equipment must be positioned in a suitable environment. It needs to be kept away from damp rooms, dusty concrete floors, areas with a constant airflow to exterior areas and rooms with high changes in temperature.
